At KittyDine, we ship your order with care so your cat can enjoy their new favorites quickly — and every purchase helps a stray cat get food, vet care, and a second chance. 🐱❤️

Processing Time Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking email.

Tracking: Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to track anytime.

Lost or Delayed Orders: Contact us within 30 days if your package is late. We’ll work with the carrier to fix it (replacement or refund where possible).

We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping times are carrier estimates and may vary due to weather or holidays.
